Requires a hunter or any person who accompanies a hunter to wear blaze orange during any firearms deer season, including the muzzleloader season. Some modifying of the total square inches may be advisable, but the "Primitive" weapons seasons are now as busy as the regular seasons, and as dangerous. Requiring the wearing of orange is a fairness move as well as a safety measure. Legislators can get by with killing this bill, but VSSA should not openly oppose it. Referred to ACNR
